REVIEW

This book is a must-read if you are at all interested in angels. Rachel’s book is loaded with personal stories of herself and others which clearly show that Angels as loving, helpful beings of light surround us.

It is really nice to get to know Rachel through the start of her book, which outlines her experiences, interests and her opening to the spiritual world, including connections in Australia.

While Rachel describes spectacular signs she received that angels were with her, like seeing white feathers, she thoroughly explains that we receive signs of support and receive messages in our own ways.

For example, someone may see repeated numbers like 444 (“angels are with you”) or 111 (“you’re on the right path, stay positive). Another person may have flashes of strong knowing or “hear” words internally, knowing that they aren’t their own.

Or you might see visuals or feel sensations that guide you toward taking the next best step for you.

I find Rachel’s book outstanding in lovingly and helpfully providing us with numerous practical tips for asking angels for help with clearing our energy and asking for guidance.

She explains that if we are open to the assistance of the angels, they will guide us through synchronicities and subtle nudges. We need to clearly ask our angels for specific help for best use of the angels!

Here is a snapshot of the Contents of Rachel’s book.

Rachel clearly outlines what angels are and their relationship to the Divine or God or Source and our Souls. She explains that angels can’t just wave a wand, making everything alright for us. But they guide us on our divine paths, for our greater good.

We need to be attuned to inspiration and messages that come from “other worldly” sources, which are from our Souls or the Angels. When we ignore our intuition we could be ignoring angelic messages.

While not everything may be perfect in your life, if you look at the occasions which went right, there were probably angels helping you with the positive things.

Rachel talks about healing through positivity and imagination and asking angels for help. Ask the Divine and the Angels for help, with thanks that you have received what you want.

Belief is so important and a reason why some requests or thoughts for healing don’t work.

From Chapter 8 onward Rachel provides little prayers to ask for help from the angels for all sorts of assistance. I found these petitions or requests to be a gold-mine of help! An example is below.

Rachel tells stories or anecdotes that we can relate to when offering her prayer examples. She explains that we each have a Guardian Angel on call, but can also request other angels to assist with certain issues or concerns.

She explains that even if your perception is not well tuned to angelic frequency, you can still ask the angels for help. Keeping your energy calm and positive means your vibrational level of being is more on a par with angels. It’s easier for the angels to get messages to you and envelop you in love when you try to be peaceful and positive, as much as possible, which is at their frequency.

Rachel guides you on psychic sight or seeing angels as orbs or diamond sparks or multi-coloured sparks of light. And she helps you develop your intuition, because you can receive guidance from the angels via your intuition.

For example, meditation, chanting “ohm” and drinking plenty of fresh water can help open your psychic channels.

The book points out that we each have a divine path and this is where angels cannot intervene. What may seem “bad” may have a purpose, that we humanly may not truly decipher, but which is in accordance with a person’s Soul purpose.

The book looks at cords of energy between people that keeps fear and negative energy in place. These cords can be cut with Archangel Michael’s help and through forgiveness or self and others. If they stay in place, they drain the people. Fear is one of the biggest blocks to receiving angelic guidance.

However, if we are sincere about our spiritual growth and healing from challenges, and shift toward peacefulness, we can overcome our fears and doubts with our angels helping us.

Rachel thoroughly shows us how fear and drama from our past hurts us, but can be overcome. And that we can receive financial help from angels by letting go what we want and allowing it. We get out of our way and allow Source (the Angels and our Souls) to orchestrate what we need.

This book teems with principles, “laws,” and hugely helpful practical advice or tips for everyday connection with and requests made to angels.

Rachel also talks about grounding (keeping your spirit in your body), spiritual loneliness, and the need for self-love and how to increase self-love.

The book has a terrific structure, almost circular, taking you back to the “beginning.” But really there is no beginning and end. I highly recommend “My Life with Angels” for anyone a little bit or a great bit interested in angels.

The book is entirely gripping and wholesome. If you’re new to angels, read this book slowly or re-read it and perhaps make notes. If you have the Kindle edition, you can highlight sections and take snapshots for your own reference later.

Keep open minded as you read “My Life with Angels” and you are sure to be cheered, uplifted and supported and discover that day-to-day angel connection, love and guidance is yours – if you want it!
