Without giving too much away, this book contains a huge amount of information about religious violence toward women during the 1500s in Spain, and then later in the 2000s based upon men’s assertion of power over women.
This wonderful story is sprinkled with amazing forest creatures, with whom you feel as though you are right there with them as this gripping tale un-folds.
